Sunflowers!

I am so excited to announce that...

My sunflowers have sprouted!

I have been wanting to plant sunflowers for years. We have the perfect little border between our lawn and our driveway that wraps around and leads to the house. I'm hoping to put up some small white picket fencing when they get a little bigger. I will post pictures when they bloom. These ones are of the Mammoth variety, so they will be giant! I CANT WAIT!!

In other news, I made a litter of cat themed cards last week for a Art Walk / Cat Walk show I did. I will put pictures and information about those in the next post. While you're waiting for that blog to come out, why not visit some of my current favorite blogs?

New layout, new blog!

I updated the layout this week, and I changed the theme of my blog. I decided to start a crafting blog! So for the next few weeks, I will be updating about crafts I am working on, how-to's, pictures, reviews and more. What you probably don't know about me, is that I run my own business. It is called, go figure, Catalina Crafts. So most of the things that I post on here, will also be for sale in my shop. I will post links to my shop, when the time comes. But for now, I'm just excited to start blogging regularly while learning all about cardmaking, scrapbooking, and more!
